Energy used by the ego, from compulsive thought processes, it becomes freed from thinking and goes on presence: A deep sense of aliveness, peace, causeless joy: Absolute presence in strenous activities:Illusory self, I, me and my story, you identify with as yourself: Things that you acquired, things that happened to them: That ultimately is not who you are in essence: Mental image in your head that you regard as yourself: Memories, opinions etc.: If i am not that, who am i?: Conscious presence and aliveness:A glimpse of it, see the aliveness in every cell of the body: Hold hand,ask how can i know my hand is still here? Feel the inside is alive: Needs attention and consciousness but not thinking
