WORKING ON ABUSE (SELF OR OTHERS)

My Realization:

Main Truth: I am one and equal to all life
expressions in its totality. I am the life essence
that is in all life ,as much as i am, you are.

Therefore:

1. My allowing myself to be emotionally
abused by others or myself emotionally
abusing others co-create the abuse (discrimination,
killing of animals, polluting the environment, CO2 emission
etc.)going on in this world.
