i guess this is a comment and a question, but in general it is something i find hard to articulate as well as something that i often find myself asking... myself, so here it goes:
to what level is it practical to observe expression in everyday life?
body language for example; not just in terms of bodily movements, but also in regards to physical appearance, all the way to the most minute details such as an individual having a bad hair day or something, or a recurring itch or twitch on a particular part of the body. is it practical or useful to ponder the deeper implications of a bad hair day, or the manifestation of a zit? do all these little things mean something, or could it be that pondering this kind of stuff is just a waste of time?
to use myself as an example: i find i get a twitch on my right calf muscle whenever i feel i've made a valid or insightful observation about something. sometimes i wonder what the deeper meaning or cause of the mole on my cheek is, or the fact that i have a unibrow and some people dont, or even the fact that i was born into a family of white parents, and some are born into a family of black parents. are these expressions all an indication of something? perhaps of past lives or mind tendencies?
i get the feeling that if one were to continue to analyze such details that it wouldnt be practical or beneficial towards realizing self. so yeah, this is a question and a comment.
thanks
