June "as me as you as all life"
Welcome to the network. We all are working on ourselves one way or the other. But here, we birth Self as All life. There's not much transfer of knowledge from one another because this is separation. We move us as the life essence through the breath without thoughts and as we do that we redirect Self from the mind (thoughts) to us, in essence, we change the world in every moment of breath. All members automatically starts with the 3 seconds "no thought" challenge (inhale pause, exhale, pause, without thoughts). When thoughts (of fear, anger, judgment etc.) come, we do self-forgiveness for them.
Have an experience of Being (beyond polarities) and birth Self as the All life. Enjoy.
