RECIPE:

2 1/2 c Flour (if not choco flavored, remove
cocoa powder and increase flour to 3 c flour)
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 T baking powder

Liquid:
3/4 c evaporated milk
1/2 c condensed milk
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
butter melted (maybe 1 stick)
1 1/2 c coca cola

Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients except coke. Pour liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add
1 1/2 cans coke (adjust according to consistency of batter so that it's not too runny). Pre-heat oven 400 degrees. Cook for 45 min. in 350 degrees

ICING:
whipping cream
sugar
grated chocolate for garnish (buy plain chocolate and
scrape top with knife or shave chocolate).
Mix whipping cream and sugar (or just buy prepared
whipped cream if you do not have time).

Sprinkle top of cake with sugar syrup which is mixture of sugar and water.Spread cream on top of cake.Put chopped cherries on top. Put another cake on top and repeat the same as before with the cake fully covered with cream and chocolate shavings.

I love this sponge cake recipe because i can just put any topping and convert it to a chocolate cake or a mocha cake
which i love. The icing can be vegan using avocados and chocolate powder or melted chocolate and tofu plus coffee substitute plus syrup or vegetarian using melted chocolate, butter and condensed milk. YYYYYYUuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm!!!!!!
